Slowhand Pizza is an independent pizzeria in Toronto, specializing in sourdough Detroit style pizza.

Slowhand Pizza is located in Toronto's less frequented East End, doesn't have a PR agency or a large following on social media. They know the product is excellent, and just need to build awareness for people to come by, try and fall in love.

Slowhand Pizza initially hired Aashim to start a creator marketing program for them. Aashim met with the owners, Dan and Brett, to understand the business, current clientele and program goals. From there, Aashim developed a shortlist of creators to invite to Slowhand, leveraging his personal relationships with top Toronto/GTA creators and ability to evaluate creator metrics and fit. He managed the creator relationships, from initial outreach to post-visit follow up, including regular evaluation of the program's success.

Slowhand then brought him on as culinary consultant, where Aashim worked with the kitchen to develop a butter chicken pizza as a limited time menu collaboration. He made a promotional video for his social media audience, and brought in creators to highlight the new offering.

Aashim's creator marketing efforts drove Slowhand's 300% growth in Instagram following in under 7 months, from 5K to 15K.

Aashim brought in many of Toronto's most influential food & drink creators, driving 4M+ organic impressions across Instagram and TikTok. These efforts catapulted Slowhand to citywide recognition, and have contributed to earned features by many of the city's other top creators and publications. Slowhand has continually increased production capacity to meet the increased demand, and sales are X% higher today than they were before working with Aashim.

Aashim's menu collaboration resulted in 349 pizzas sold over 4 weeks, driving $7329 in direct revenue from primarily new customers. In comparison, Slowhand typically sells 150 limited time pizzas over the same time period.
